Kemira is expanding its offering into industrial water treatment services and has signed an agreement to acquire Water Engineering Inc., a company specialized in water treatment services, from Nolan Capital Inc. The company’s headquarters is located in Nebraska, United States. The purchase price is approximately USD 150 million and is subject to customary adjustments. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of 2025, once the closing arrangements have been finalized and the necessary regulatory approvals have been obtained.
