    Roal Oy announces change in company name and structure

    On 31 August 2024, Enzymes Leasing Finland Oy (2185079-2) and AB Enzymes Oy (1095754-3), which are 100% owned by Assosiated British Foods, have merged with Roal Oy (0861194-9) in a so-called sister company merger.

    On 1 September 2024 Roal Oy has changed its name to AB Enzymes Finland Oy (in English AB Enzymes Finland Ltd). Roal will remain an auxiliary name of AB Enzymes Finland Oy.
